    RewagoLuxe is an ecommerce platform where customers can buy brand-new luxury sustainable fashion, either directly from our curated collection or through verified sustainable brands that sell on our platform. All products are carefully selected to meet high standards of quality, authenticity, and sustainability.

    We act as the interface between sellers (including sustainable brands) and buyers, ensuring that all products meet premium quality and sustainability criteria.

    2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and images, is owned or licensed by RewagoLuxe. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

    3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

    By using the Services, you represent that:

    • You provide true, accurate, current, and complete information;

    • You are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if a minor);

    • Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws;

    • You will not use automated or non-human means to access the Services.

    4. USER REGISTRATION

    Eligibility: Sustainable brands may apply to sell on RewagoLuxe. All products must be brand-new, luxury, and sustainably produced.

    Seller Responsibilities:

    • Provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability;

    • Ensure timely shipping and inventory management;

    • Comply with all applicable laws and RewagoLuxe policies;

    • Ensure that all products meet RewagoLuxe’s quality and sustainability standards.

    Platform Fees: RewagoLuxe may charge a commission or service fee per sale. Payment to sellers will be processed after deduction of applicable fees and shipping costs.

    8. RETURN POLICY

    All sales are final. RewagoLuxe does not accept returns or issue refunds, as all items are brand-new, premium products.

    9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

    You may not:

    • Access the Services for unauthorized purposes;
