Can I get a refund if the item I received is torn or slightly damaged?
All our pieces are thrifted, each item has its own story and character. We're all about promoting sustainable fashion and keeping the thrifting culture alive ♻️✨
That said, if the item you received has any damage (like a tear or flaw) that wasn’t mentioned in the description or shown in the pictures, you're totally eligible for a refund. But if the damage was already mentioned or clearly shown in the listing, and you still decided to purchase it, we won’t be able to offer a refund for that. So always check the details before you cop a piece.
Can I donate clothes to you? How does it work?
